The Mission

The ministry of Journey of Faith exists out of a love for the people of God, regardless of the hurts, hang-ups, and habits that may have ushered them into a life of addiction. With compassion, we surround each other with the love of Christ, that we may all benefit from the blessings we have received. We understand that recovery for most is a Journey, and not a destination, therefore we respect the fact that our fellow sojourners may very well be ahead of us on this path, or further behind, but we must all offer encouragement to stay on the path that leads to Christ and recovery.

We acknowledge sin as the greatest form of sickness that plagues mankind today, and acknowledge Jesus Christ as the one true sacrifice for mans sin, by His blood and our confession we are made right with God.

We as Christians and as human beings are here to support, reclaim, and recover our people in Christ. As such, we feel this ministry is fulfilling our responsibility to the Great Commission, as stated by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.   Matthew 28:19-20.
